By booking an appointment, you agree that you have read and adhere to our business policies listed here.
  • GLOWDEGA

    Booking Fee

    Our appointment booking fee is required for the general public and it is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This fee goes towards the total cost of your service and you will only be asked to pay the remainder upon arrival. Late cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows forfeit this fee.

  • GIVING GRACE

    We understand that things happen and sometimes you may run late. We have a 10 minute grace period for facial treatments and a 5 minute grace period for waxing/sugaring services. In the event that you are running later than our grace period allows, you may need to reschedule.

  • GLOWDEGA

    CANCELLATIONS

    We require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.

    You can cancel via the link in your confirmation email or our client portal. Please note: if you are unable to cancel via those methods, you have missed the 48-hour window.

  • Park Politely

    There is plenty of both free and metered street parking all around GLOWDEGA®. Please do not park in the KP Asian Market (Korean Market) parking lot. They absolutely will tow your car.

    Paid parking lots are available at 24th and Valley or 23rd and Webster.

  • GLOWDEGA

    RESCHEDULING

    We only allow rescheduling once within a 30-day time period to prevent "booking blockers". This means if your original appointment was scheduled for this month and you need to reschedule into the following month, you will not be able to reschedule a second time.

    We try to keep our businesses as accessible to everyone as possible and this policy allows us to be the most equitable to everyone.

    Respect the Vibe

    We keep a peaceful and chill vibe for you to relax in. Please respect the vibe by placing your phone on silent and entering the space with a clear mind and open heart.

    We do not allow children or pets in our space.

  • sip responsibly

    We do offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our patrons who are 21 and over. We are more than happy to provide these for our clients and only ask everyone to drink responsibly. Thank you!

  • 1-on-1

    We love the homies but treatment rooms are for those being serviced only. Guests may wait in our lobby or explore our Uptown Oakland neighborhood.
