By booking an appointment, you agree that you have read and adhere to our business policies listed here.

OUR PUNCTUAL PROMISE

We are always on-time and ready for you! There is a 10 minute grace period for facial services and a 5-7 minute grace period for all wax/sugar/personal grooming services. Please note that your treatment time may be shortened to remain punctual to our next guest. If we are able to accommodate you past the grace period, we most certainly will! But if we cannot, you will be charged in full and will need to book a new appointment for another date and time.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

There are no refunds on services rendered. Returns may be accepted on unopened/unused merchandise within 7 days on purchase in-studio. For our online store refund and return policy please click here.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS

Things happen and sometimes you need to cancel. We ask all clients to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. As a reminder: general public appointment deposits are ALWAYS non-refundable and non-transferrable. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full and are not treated as deposits for future appointments.

RESPECT THE VIBE

We keep a peaceful and chill vibe for you to relax in. Please respect the vibe by placing your phone on silent and entering the space with a clear mind and open heart. We do not allow children or pets in our space.
