The Fine Print
There are no refunds for membership services. Membership services are also non-transferrable. This means that you can’t substitute your monthly membership service(s) for another service without paying for it. This membership has no cash value a.k.a. you can’t sell your membership on the black market in attempts to gain a profit.
It probably goes without saying but just so there is no confusion, membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
There is a 6-month minimum commitment for all monthly members. For those who choose to pay annually, there is a one-year commitment. All members are free to cancel at any time, however, there is a $150 early termination fee. Cancellation requests must be received in writing.
Diamond Glow members are allowed to gift their member services up to twice per year. When you gift a service, you forfeit your opportunity to receive a service for that month. To gift a service, please email us to avoid being double charged.
