Service Menu Profitability Analyzer

Most menus have one service that earns far more per hour than the rest, and one that barely covers its costs. Side by side the difference is easy to see; on a booking screen it is not.

Add each service you offer: a 60-minute signature facial, a 90-minute root touch-up, a lash lift, a gel manicure. Enter the price, how long it takes, and its product and supply cost. Solo providers add their pay per hour, which is counted as labor on every service. Owners add the provider’s hourly wage and commission for each service instead. Monthly rent is shared by the hour, so a 90-minute service carries more of it than a 60-minute one. Under “Customize your calculation” you can change the hours you work each month and add card processing.

The analyzer ranks your services by profit per appointment, profit per hour and margin, names the one earning the least per hour, and points out where a closer look at price or length may help. It is a starting point for a menu review, not a verdict on any service.
