Capacity & Clients Calculator
A goal is easier to plan for once it becomes a number of clients. $8,000 a month at a $100 average ticket is 80 clients; at $160 it is 50. This calculator turns your goal into clients a week and a month, and the hours they take.
Solo providers and owners enter a monthly revenue goal, their average service price, the days they work a month and whether the average service runs 60 or 90 minutes; an esthetician can weigh a higher ticket against a fuller book. Under “Customize your calculation” you can add the clients you see now and your current ticket to measure the gap.
Employees start from pay instead: a pre-tax pay goal for a week or a month, then how commission works. A barber on a flat 45%, a hairstylist whose rate rises with weekly sales, a nail technician paid by services a week: each enters their rate or tiers, plus any base hourly wage and tips. Reaching a tier pays its rate on all sales in that period, so the results show the tier your goal reaches and how many more clients unlock the next one, which can pay more for just a few extra bookings. Hours and days a week follow from your average service length.
It plans bookings and pay only: rent, pay and other costs belong in the Break-Even and Profit & Take-Home calculators.
