We budget quite a bit of time for our new client acne facials. It's important for us to answer any questions you may have about your skin and we give ourselves time to do so. Your initial acne appointment also includes an in-depth diagnostic skin exam, routine review, product education and a custom facial. You can expect to be with us for an hour and a half. Subsequent acne treatments range from 30-45 minutes.

Our clients begin seeing results on day one, really! But realistically you can expect to see more permanent, long-term results at the 6-week mark. Please note: it can take 90-days for acne to form and become visible on the surface of the skin. So total clearance may only come after 3-6 months of consistent treatments.

It depends! We're not very sales-y here. So if you have a product that is working for you, we'll encourage you to continue use. However, if the bulk of your products are contributing to your breakouts or ineffective for your skin, we'll make recommendations on what to replace them with.

In 2024 alone, we have a 97% success rate with our acne clients. The overwhelming majority of our clients are able to get clear and stay clear as a result of working with us.
